Today we have two wonderful chess sessions at Providence Senior Care and Wesley Woods respectively. We are glad to see more volunteers show up for the events. This time we also wanted to celebrate Older Americans Month (#oam17), by letting our seniors express themselves through "Age Out Loud" (#AgeOutLoud) selfies. We had a few interesting games today at Providence Senior Care and we look forward to the next session on the 21st May. Here are some pictures we took during today's session.
At Wesley Woods we were able to support continuous game play as well as one one training sessions simultaneously, thanks to our new volunteers. Today being a Mother's Day we had a fewer attendees and we expect attendance to go up in our next session.
We also had the pleasure of celebrating Mother's Day with some of the wonderful ladies at Wesley Woods.
